Reseller FAQ

How is this different from the Creator track?
The Creator track pays 15-25% on individual retail sales (1-5 units at a time, customer pays full price). The Reseller track pays 6-15% on bulk wholesale orders (50+ units, you place the order on behalf of a business). Different audiences, different economics. Pick the one that matches how you sell.
What's the minimum to qualify?
5 units on first order. To stay active you need at least one order per quarter. Volume tiers unlock automatically based on rolling 90-day order history.
How fast can you produce 500 units?
At full Tier 3 capacity (reserved printer time), 500 units of a standard TAP KEYCHAIN ship in 1-2 business days. Custom designs add 2-3 days for art approval. Mid-range orders (100-500 units) typically ship in 3-5 business days.
Do you offer net terms?
Yes. Net-15 unlocks after your first paid order, Net-30 at Tier 2, Net-60 or a small line of credit at Tier 3. We require a basic credit check for terms above $5,000.
Can my logo be on the product?
Yes - custom branding (logo engraving, color matching, custom packaging) is included free at Tier 2 and above. At Tier 1, custom branding is a flat $50 setup per design.
What products are eligible?
All physical products: TAP CARDs, TAP KEYCHAINs, signs, light boxes, NFC business cards, engraved memorabilia, branded apparel. Music, web, and consulting services are not part of the bulk program (those go through standard contract).
Do I need to keep inventory?
No. We produce on order. You can place orders as small as 5 units or as large as you can sell. No warehouse, no upfront inventory commitment.
When and how do I get paid the commission?
Two ways: (1) automatic discount applied to your invoice (the simplest - your wholesale price is already commission-net), or (2) cashback paid quarterly via ACH if you'd rather invoice your end customer at full retail. You pick at signup.
