Questions answered

When do I get paid?
Monthly - on the 1st of each month for the previous month's commissions. Minimum payout is $25. Payout via PayPal, Venmo, or ACH bank transfer.
What if someone returns their order?
If a customer returns within the 30-day window, the commission for that order is reversed. Exchanges for a different color don't affect your commission.
Can I use a discount code AND earn commission?
Yes. Tier 2 Partners and Tier 3 Ambassadors get a personal discount code for their audience. Commission is calculated on the discounted price. Giving your audience a deal often increases conversion - you earn less per sale but more total sales.
Is there a limit to what I can earn?
No cap. Send 1 sale or 1,000. Commission applies to every qualifying purchase tracked through your link within the cookie window.
Do I need a website or large following?
No. In-person referrals count. Text your link to someone who buys - that's a commission. You can earn without any social presence at all.
Do I have to disclose the affiliate relationship?
Yes - FTC rules require this. Something simple like "affiliate link" or "I earn a commission if you buy" is all you need. We include compliant disclosure language in your resource kit.
What about bulk orders (50+ units)?
Bulk orders go through the Reseller / Bulk track. Different commission structure - lower per-unit % (6 -> 9 -> 15%) but volume rebates and recurring monthly contracts. Better fit for businesses placing repeat orders.
How do I move to a higher tier?
Tier 2 (Partner) is automatic once you hit 5 sales in 60 days - you'll receive an email with your upgrade and new commission rate. Tier 3 (Ambassador) requires an application and approval. Apply in the form below.
