What is PRML Records LLC?
PRML Records LLC is a Black-owned creative and technology company based in West End, Atlanta, Georgia. We offer 40+ services across music production, film and video, photography, web development, product design and manufacturing, and business consulting. We serve independent artists and small businesses across Atlanta and beyond.
Where are you located?
We are based in West End, Atlanta, Georgia. Most of our services can be delivered remotely (web, music, consulting, design). Physical product orders (signs, keychains, light boxes, 3D prints) can be shipped or picked up locally in West End. Contact us to schedule an in-person appointment.
How do I get started?

How fast do you respond to inquiries?
We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. For urgent requests, include your deadline in the inquiry form or call us directly at 770-686-7726. We do not use automated responses โ a real team member reads every message.
Are you really Black-owned?
Yes. PRML Records LLC is a Black-owned and founder-managed Georgia LLC, established in 2019 and headquartered in West End, Atlanta. We are also pursuing MWBE certification and other small business certifications. Supporting us means supporting West End.
Payments & Pricing
Money Questions
How does payment work?
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your project and secure your slot. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery. Payments are processed securely through Stripe โ we accept all major credit and debit cards. For physical products, full payment is typically required before manufacturing begins.
Do you offer payment plans?
For larger projects ($500+), we can sometimes arrange a payment schedule. Contact us to discuss your situation โ we are flexible with clients who communicate clearly and in advance. We do not offer payment plans through third-party financing apps at this time.
Are your prices on the website final?
Website prices are starting prices โ the final quote depends on your specific project scope, complexity, timeline, and quantity. We always send a formal quote before any work begins. You will never be surprised by a bill higher than your approved quote.
What is your refund policy?
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before work starts, deposits may be refunded at our discretion. For completed digital work (music, web, design), we do not offer refunds once files have been delivered. For physical products, defective items will be reprinted or refunded. Signs, Keychains & More
What materials can you engrave or cut?
Our laser can work on wood, acrylic, leather, cardboard, fabric, glass, and some metals. We cannot engrave on reflective polished metals without special coating. For 3D printing, we use PLA, PETG, and resin depending on your application. Contact us with your specific material question before ordering.
What file format do I need to provide for custom designs?
For laser engraving and cutting, vector files (SVG, AI, DXF) are preferred. High-resolution raster images (PNG at 300dpi+) are also acceptable for engraving. For 3D printing, we need STL files. If you do not have design files, we offer design services starting at $35 โ just describe what you want.
How long do orders take?
Standard turnaround: Keychains and small engravings โ 3 to 5 business days. Signs โ 5 to 7 business days. Light boxes โ 7 to 10 business days. 3D prints โ 3 to 7 business days depending on complexity. Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Contact us for rush timelines.
Do you do bulk orders?
Yes. We offer bulk discounts on keychains (10+), signs (5+), and other manufactured products. The more you order, the lower the per-unit cost. Contact us with your quantity and we will give you a custom bulk quote.
Can you ship products?
Yes. We ship products across the US via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs are added to your final invoice. Local customers can also do free pickup in West End, Atlanta. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis โ contact us for a quote.
Music & Studio
Studio Questions
What should I bring to a recording session?
Bring your lyrics written out (if vocal session), a water bottle, and any reference tracks you like. If you have a beat you want to record over, bring it as an MP3 or WAV on USB or send it to us ahead of time. Come ready to work โ session time is billable from when your booking starts.
Can I buy a beat and not record here?
Absolutely. Beat licenses are available directly through seaux9.com without booking a studio session. You can lease or purchase beats, receive the files digitally, and record wherever you choose.
Do you mix and master songs recorded elsewhere?
Yes. Send us your stem files (individual recorded tracks) and we will mix and master them. Mixing starts at $150 per track. Mastering starts at $75 per track. Contact us to send files and get a quote for your project.
