Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services provided by PRML Records LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

PRML Records LLC provides music production, video production, photography, graphic design, web development, 3D printing, and creative consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are established through individual project agreements, invoices, or booking confirmations.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are due as specified in your invoice or at the time of booking. We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit card). A $6.00 flat transaction fee applies to all Stripe transactions. Prices are subject to change. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quote issuance. We offer a 9% launch discount for a limited time from our official launch date.

3. Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced. For cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session, deposits may be applied as credit toward a rescheduled session. Digital products and completed deliverables are non-refundable. For physical products (merchandise, 3D prints), refunds are available within 7 days of delivery for defective items only. 4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive a license to use delivered creative work for the purposes specified in their project agreement. PRML Records LLC retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a written confidentiality agreement is in place. Music recordings may be subject to additional licensing terms specified per project.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project briefs, timely feedback, and any necessary assets (logos, copy, reference materials) within agreed timelines. Delays caused by late client feedback may affect delivery dates without penalty to PRML Records LLC.

6. Limitation of Liability

PRML Records LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
